Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying potential markets and customer needs.
- Support the execution of business growth plans.
- Research and reach out to potential clients.
- Participate in client meetings and discussions.
- Learn to promote the company’s services and address client concerns.
- Maintain records of leads, sales, and client interactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Contribute to branding and marketing events.
- Learn sales and marketing strategies from senior team members.
Primary Skills
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of the IT industry market.
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to find acceptable solutions.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho).
- Experience in creating and delivering presentations to potential clients.
- Familiarity with productivity tools and software.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
