Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing strategies to achieve financial growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
  • Support the execution of business growth plans to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Help arrange meetings with potential clients.
  • Promote the company’s services, addressing client objectives.
  • Assist in preparing sales contracts in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Provide reliable feedback and support after sales.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Support the development of entry-level staff into effective salespeople.
  • Assist in executing sales and marketing strategies to grow the business.
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
  • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely project completion.
  • Assist in managing the sales team to drive targets.

Primary Skills

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of the IT industry market.
  • Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to find acceptable solutions.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho).
  • Experience in creating and delivering presentations to potential clients.
  • Familiarity with productivity tools and software.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
