We are seeking a highly skilled experienced Project Manager in the IT Service Industry. The ideal candidate will lead and manage technology IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and drive continuous improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Ability to handle the projects independently with no supervision.
- Develop detailed project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure project execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve successful outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Guide team members technically wherever they need technical support, particularly with Node.js, React.js and JavaScript technologies.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to management and stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging team members to share ideas and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Primary Skills
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
- Handled Agile & Scrum Planning Activities fairly.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools.
