We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic RPA Developer with over 1 to 2 years of experience in Power Automate and Power Apps to join our automation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated workflows and applications that optimize business processes. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable automation solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Build and deploy business applications using Power Apps to streamline processes.
- Integrate Power Automate workflows with other Microsoft tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365) and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify and document process automation requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing workflows and applications.
- Implement best practices for automation, governance, and security.
- Provide support and training to end-users on implemented solutions.
- Continuously monitor and optimize automation solutions for performance and reliability.
Technical Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Strong understanding of RPA concepts and process optimization.
- Experience in designing and deploying Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Proficiency in creating flows, managing triggers, and handling connectors in Power Automate.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, and Excel.
- Knowledge of dataverse and its integration with Power Platform tools.
- Basic scripting skills using PowerShell, JSON, or similar technologies.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Knowledge of API integration and handling REST/SOAP services.
- Familiarity with process mining and identifying automation opportunities.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies for project delivery.
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or related technologies.
