Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Developing and executing business growth plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
  • Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business.
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Managing team in sales and executives thereby driving the targets.

Primary Skills

  • Proven work experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth market knowledge of the IT Industry.
  • Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation & communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Zoho).
  • Experience in creating & giving presentations to potential clients.
  • Knowledge of productivity tools and software.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving & Positive Attitude.
