Yes, 100% ownership of your project including NDA, source code copyright and intellectual property rights will be with you.

In rare scenarios, if any of the parties wants to terminate the agreement, all the project work accomplished before termination shall be delivered and an invoice will be generated for the amount of work done till the date of termination. Hence, the termination invoice will have all the work modules completed until the contract termination including unpaid work.

Once the client approves the project proposal, we assign a dedicated team with the project manager or team leader who keeps the client in the loop about the project's progress and deliverables.

We define the stipulated project completion time in the project proposal itself. Based on the project's complexity, modules, functionality and size the timeline can vary from a month to 6+ months for a Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
