Collection of Inquiry form:
When you contact us using an online web form, email us or enquire regarding our services, we will ask for information like your name, contact number, email address, project document, company name and country to process the inquiry form. Additional information, such as your time zone and language, may also be provided, but these are not required for initial contact. The information you provide to us in any of the above-mentioned forms will be accessible to our legitimate employees who will be able to further process your inquiry and get in touch with you in order to obtain pre-sales info about your business and project.
Project Creation:
When you acquire or sign a contract to buy any of our services, we ask for your name, contact details, details about your project, links to your social media profiles and your time zone. We store all of this information in our secure project management software.
Testimonials:
When you authorize us to post testimonials on websites, we may add your name and other personal information in the testimonial. The testimonial will be reviewed and approved by you before being posted. In case, if you wish to update or delete your testimonial, you can drop us an email at inquiry@thinkwik.com
Interaction:
To be updated and for improving our data of interaction we may record, analyze and collect your information with us, including email, telephone and chat conversations with our sales, project management, account management and customer support professionals.
Uses of Cookies

Thinkwik uses Google Analytics to allow us to see how people interact with our website. For example, we can see that a certain service is really in-demand, or that one service is rarely used which will help us to improve and bring the highlight to that service and we provide it at our best. There is no need to submit personally identifiable information (including but just general information like: name, email address or unique device ID) that is transferred to Google. You can view Google’s privacy policy, which explains how to use your data. We also give the option of opting out of Google Analytics inside the about a page of our apps.

Thinkwik will occasionally update this Statement of Privacy to reflect company and customer feedback. We encourage this periodic review and inform you on how we are protecting your information.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by Thinkwik and if you click on a third-party link, it will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy before every site you visit.
The content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites or services are outside our control.
Governing Laws:
As to the terms and conditions and transactions contemplated by this document, the state of Gujarat, India shall govern and construe and interpret the agreement without reference to conflict of laws principles. There is no application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods to any agreement with Thinkwik. If any action shall be seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of these Terms or the Manual will be brought only in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
Newsletter:
Under the legal basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR will provide the opportunity to sign-up for a periodic email newsletter by submitting your email address and a confirmation link will be sent to you by email (double opt-in).
Under the legal basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR In other cases, Thinkwik may ask you for other information, such as name, occupation, address or telephone number in regard to the processing of the personal data which you will be asked for consent. Under the legal basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. By subscribing to our periodic email newsletter, your IP address data and time of subscription will be collected and stored. This allows us to prevent the misuse of information which is provided by the subscriber.
The subscription may be terminated by you and we will delete the personal data promptly upon your unsubscribe instruction.

We offer publicly accessible blogs but please be aware that any information which is provided in these areas may be read, collected and used by others who read them. We urge you to be cautious, as Thinkwik is not responsible for the personal information that you share publicly.
